Requirements for catalytic converters
Requirements for the body:
- The ceramic may be whole (preferably) or as a crumbled mass (we reserve the right to conduct an analysis).
- The metal unit must be whole (in one piece) or placed in a container, as in open form it loses up to 50% of the valuable material.
- The ceramic must not contain other materials (asbestos, metal screen, metal chips, quartz sand, soot, cement, etc.). Otherwise the ceramic mass will be purchased only after conducting an analysis.
- The ceramic must have the natural moisture content (1–2%). The ceramic body must be kept in a dry, well-ventilated area; otherwise we reserve the right to conduct an analysis of the ceramic.
