The ceramic may be whole (preferably) or as a crumbled mass (we reserve the right to conduct an analysis).
The metal unit must be whole (in one piece) or placed in a container, as in open form it loses up to 50% of the valuable material.
The ceramic must not contain other materials (asbestos, metal screen, metal chips, quartz sand, soot, cement, etc.). Otherwise the ceramic mass will be purchased only after conducting an analysis.
The ceramic must have the natural moisture content (1–2%). The ceramic body must be kept in a dry, well-ventilated area; otherwise we reserve the right to conduct an analysis of the ceramic.
